Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone (SHINE) is a volunteer based program that provides free assistance with evaluating and choosing Medicare insurance options. This service is available to all Massachusetts residents who have Medicare or are about to become eligible for Medicare. A SHINE counselor can assist with learning about benefits and available options.
