Massachusetts Department of Public Health created a brochure called “Know Your Choices: A Guide for Patients with Advancing Serious Illness” which is translated into Arabic, Cape Verdean, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Khmer, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
