Chilled Meals Re-Heating Instructions:
Eat immediately, or refrigerate immediately and consume within 24 hours of delivery.
Before re-heating, peel back the plastic lid to vent or cut slits in the film over each section.
Meals must be re-heated before eating. To re-heat the meals, do one of the following:
- In a microwave, heat for 2-3 minutes on high or until cooked to 165 degrees F.
- In a conventional oven, place the meal on a cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes or until cooked to 165 degrees F.
- Do not reheat in a toaster oven.
Meal Re-Heating Instructions (Kosher):

Conventional oven
- Transfer to an oven safe pan to reheat
- Heat the oven to 300 to 325 degrees.
- Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked to 165 degrees F.
Microwave oven
- Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked to 165 degrees F.
Frozen Meal Re-Heating Instructions:
Place meal in freezer immediately upon delivery. Meal should be eaten by the “best by” date marked on the meal. Follow re-heating guidance on the meal. If guidance is not available, do one of the following:

- In a conventional oven, transfer the frozen meal to an oven safe pan and cook at 350 degrees for a maximum of 30 minutes or until cooked to 165 degrees F.
NEVER USE A TOASTER OVEN TO HEAT YOUR MEAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
