The Hudson Senior Center, located at 29 Church Street, offers FREE transportation on the Senior Bus, taking all Hudson residents age 55 & over on scheduled shopping trips, to medical appointments, to the Center itself, etc. In addition to our local Senior Shuttle which takes seniors to local medical appointments in Hudson, Marlboro & Southboro, there are many organizations & services that drive people to medical appointments.

BeDriven® offers shuttle van and car service, by reservation, to and from Boston area health facilities, including hospitals, doctor’s offices, health clinics, rehabilitation facilities, etc. for non-emergency medical appointments.
If you require prescriptions to be filled or equipment picked-up, special arrangements can be made at the time of booking or by contacting a reservation agent prior to pick up.

This MBTA service is for persons with disabilities and seniors who are unable to independently use public transportation. The program requires a face-to-face interview which can be scheduled over the phone. Free transportation to the interview will be provided by The RIDE. Once approved, rides are scheduled by calling 1-844-427-7433.

GoGo Grandparent allows a person of any age to use Uber or Lyft without having a smartphone. The individual must be able to use this service without physical assistance. Call GoGo Grandparent and follow the prompts to arrange your ride.
