The Watertown COA, located at 31 Marshall Street, provides medical and non-medical transportation services. They have a shopping bus that travels to the Watertown Street Stop & Shop and to the Pleasant Street Stop & Shop. Voluntary donations are accepted. Contact the COA for additional details.

BeDriven® offers shuttle van and car service, by reservation, to and from Boston area health facilities, including hospitals, doctor’s offices, health clinics, rehabilitation facilities, etc. for non-emergency medical appointments.
If you require prescriptions to be filled or equipment picked-up, special arrangements can be made at the time of booking or by contacting a reservation agent prior to pick up.

This MBTA service is for persons with disabilities and seniors who are unable to independently use public transportation. The program requires a face-to-face interview which can be scheduled over the phone. Free transportation to the interview will be provided by The RIDE. Once approved, rides are scheduled by calling 1-844-427-7433.
