Westborough COA Senior Center, located at 4 Rogers Road, can help with transportation resources. In-town transportation services are provided by mini-bus through the Senior Center. Transportation is available for medical appointments, hairdressers/barber, errands and activities at the Senior Center. Thursday has been designated for grocery shopping.  All vehicles are equipped with a handicapped lift. It is suggested that people needing assistance with mobility or a wheelchair ride with a companion. Transportation to medical appointments in Worcester or Marlboro only can be arranged by calling the Worcester Regional Transit Authority/PBSI at 508-752-9283. Limited transportation is available by Volunteer Drivers through the Senior Center. You must be able to travel on your own.

BeDriven® offers shuttle van and car service, by reservation, to and from Boston area health facilities, including hospitals, doctor’s offices, health clinics, rehabilitation facilities, etc. for non-emergency medical appointments.

If you require prescriptions to be filled or equipment picked-up, special arrangements can be made at the time of booking or by contacting a reservation agent prior to pick up.

This MBTA service is for persons with disabilities and seniors who are unable to independently use public transportation. The program requires a face-to-face interview which can be scheduled over the phone. Free transportation to the interview will be provided by The RIDE. Once approved, rides are scheduled by calling 1-844-427-7433.

GoGo Grandparent allows a person of any age to use Uber or Lyft without having a smartphone. They can provide transportation to any destination provided the individual can get in and out of the vehicle with minimal assistance. Call GoGo Grandparent and follow the prompts to arrange your ride.
